2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. The Service

The Service allows you to upload an image and generate a color-coded grid and legend for download or printing.

5. Your content

• You are responsible for the images you upload and confirm you have the right to use them.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or malicious content.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security mechanisms.
• Do not use automated scripts to generate excessive traffic.

7. Intellectual property

• The Service software, design, and branding are owned by the operator.
• You retain rights to your uploaded images.
• You are responsible for lawful use of generated outputs.

8. Analytics

The Service may use Google Analytics. Where required by law, analytics are enabled only after user consent.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

12. Changes

The Service or these Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
